A recognized global leader, scholar, and entrepreneurial strategist whose work spans more than 60 countries. Respected worldwide for his insight and integrity, he continues to inspire leaders to drive meaningful change - with strategy, courage, and heart.
A seasoned executive, researcher, author, and entrepreneur, Dr. Drake is known for transforming vision into measurable impact through innovation, dignity, and compassion in leadership.
He most recently culminated an extraordinary career by serving as president of Bethune-Cookman University (Daytona Beach, Florida) and Albany State University (Georgia).
Over a distinguished 40-year career, he has led in corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors - shaping cultures where purpose, people, and performance align.
